Crafting events by approaching the design and production process with a unique perspective, distinct ideas, and a discerning eye, we are the adhesives that bond all of the elements together. There is no generic formula to event production.

Lyndsey Hamilton

Creative Director

Lyndsey’s strong reputation grew organically throughout years of planning events. Her calm approach, distinct aesthetic, and ability to understand and execute her clients’ vision, creates the perfect fusion of function and style. Lyndsey approaches each event as unique, knowing her clients as individuals, to deliver impeccable events. Her clients include many notable society families, as well as business and finance leaders throughout the world. She splits her time between her offices in California & New York.  Lyndsey’s work has been featured in various publications including: Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, The New York Times, L.A. Times, New York Magazine, C Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings and serves on the Town & Country Weddings Advisory Board. In 2015, Lyndsey was listed by Martha Stewart Weddings as the “Top Wedding Planners in the US.”

Carrie Sartor

Events Director

Carrie has been with LHE since its infancy and heads the Manhattan office. As the Director of our East Coast event planning team, she is the driving force behind the production of our New York and destination events. Carrie specializes in producing multi-day celebrations and destination events that reflect the unique needs of the client and specific characteristics of the location. Carrie emphasizes the importance of fostering a distinct and personal relationship with each client, promoting an environment of trust and creativity. All of her clients share an appreciation for her incomparable work ethic, honesty and ability to create and execute a flawless event. Carrie attended the University of Connecticut and resides in Manhattan.

Laura Leonard

Event Planner

Coming from the custom stationery world with a background in graphic design, Laura has a keen sense for making her client’s vision a reality. Her creativity, organized approach, and dedication to her clients make her a natural fit for event planning. As a designer, Laura’s career always had revolved around the events industry, from concerts, to fashion, to weddings and bat mitzvahs, providing her with invaluable experience and a true passion for events big and small. Originally from a small town in central Pennsylvania, Laura is a country girl at heart with a down to earth personality and enthusiasm for her work. Laura graduated from Pratt Institute and has lived in Brooklyn for the past decade.

Alexandra Deagle

Event Planner

Alexandra began her career in event design and planning while working in Los Angeles in fashion.  Her vast experience in the events industry includes working for top event designers in Los Angeles and New York, one of New York’s premier caterers, and Aspen’s only five-star, five-diamond resort. Her eye for design, attention to (every little) detail, and passion for events are truly felt by her clients. Alexandra believes that every wedding is unique and should be a true reflection of the couple. She wants her clients to be excited about and really enjoy the process of planning their wedding. Alexandra graduated from Yale University and the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law and lives in Manhattan.

Melissa Colgan

Art Director

Melissa’s work has spanned the tiny (diamonds) to the giant (celebrity weddings: Erin Fetherston, Blake Lively and Kate Bosworth). She is a visual storyteller and weaves references far and wide to create impactful imagery and beautiful moments. At any given event, Melissa can been seen crafting paper chandeliers and chemically antiquing mirrors, or foraging fields for wild sage to incorporate into our table arrangements. Her work has appeared in national publications including Elle Decor, Veranda, Martha Stewart Weddings & Living, and House Beautiful. Melissa is obsessively attentive to detail, hopelessly romantic about the stories of objects, and has a deep appreciation for thoughtful and original design. 

Noah Rojas-Derr

Managing Planner

Noah has worked for LHE since our first event. Noah’s calm demeanor and charming nature contribute to an innate ability to execute flawless events. Noah began planning events while working for various catering companies on both the east and west coast, gaining invaluable experience regarding how events function “behind the scenes.” Noah then managed an upscale event production company, eventually shifting his focus primarily to weddings and social events. Noah splits his time Madrid and the US, working with and bringing his charm to our international clients.

Estate Representation & Rental

LH Estates is a consulting, design, and production service that represents and manages your home or estate for wedding and event rental. We market your property for further promotion within our industry to access the luxury wedding market. We work with our clients to cross-promote their unique properties for editorial placement, venue showcases, and implement a plan to manage the logistics and production of events.

For nearly a decade, we have been producing events at client’s homes and unique event spaces throughout the country. We have gone on countless site visits and venue walk-through’s, composed maps, determined rain plans, assessed aerial diagrams, and created CAD drawings to determine the best flow and proper logistics to produce exceptional events.We market the property to our exclusive list of hand-selected event professionals, who have access to the high-end clientele best suited for the property.
