We see a lot of weddings.  Whether we’re looking at them on blogs, perusing a bride’s Pinterest, or actually working a wedding, we see them a lot.  Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in their glut on the internet: to get sucked into something trendy or so outside the box as to be bizarre, just so we can do or see something new.

As we pride ourselves on being creative folks and we know better than anyone that no two weddings are the same, how do we go about delivering a unique, classic, and beautiful experience for our clients without falling into trendy traps?  I can’t speak for all the staff at LHE, but I know I like to use the help of two classic, beautiful, and unique women: Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe.  If I can imagine them being at an event I’m producing; laughing, drinking champagne, dancing, I know I’m on the right track, regardless of the colors, the menu, or any of the other little details.  If I can imagine Marilyn or Grace would be happy there, I have every expectation that the clients and their guests will be just as happy, which always our goal.  We want to imbue all our events with Marilyn’s playfulness, Grace’s elegance and their timelessness.
